The firm

Making foresight concrete and monitoring effective.

Founded in 2023 to meet a decisive moment in history, Whaydon helps industrial companies, international organisations and investors succeed in the face of profound disruption.

Mission

Connecting anticipation to execution.

Our mission is to make foresight concrete and project monitoring effective — whether the task is operating in fragile contexts, securing industrial sovereignty or financing new projects for small and mid-sized companies. We combine a deep understanding of public policy, innovative analytical tools and an international network of senior experts to guide decision-makers with speed and precision.

Innovation

Innovating to transform.

We believe innovation is not only technological: it is also methodological, political and strategic. In a European context marked by growing complexity — social fragmentation, deindustrialisation, loss of sovereignty, the climate challenge — the frameworks of analysis and the levers of action urgently need renewal.

International organisations

Operating in complex contexts.

Whaydon supports major international organisations in the foresight analysis of their interventions. Drawing on deep expertise in fragile environments and geopolitical dynamics, we deliver tailored solutions that strengthen the impact, accountability and relevance of public policies and funded projects.

Defence industrial base

Financing sovereignty.

We support companies and funds engaged in the defence technological and industrial base: fundraising, financial engineering, identification of French and European public instruments, ESG strategy. We also help strategic SMEs strengthen their value chain, reduce critical dependencies and build technology partnerships.

Network

A network, not a pyramid.

Whaydon assembles, mission by mission, an international network of senior experts — public procurement lawyers, European funding specialists, team dynamics practitioners, former officials of international organisations. This lets us build precisely the team your question requires, with no permanent structure to carry.

Let’s start your next project.
